I’ve been using these for about 6 weeks now and am amazed at the difference they have made. I’m now wearing them while I sleep and have almost full range of motion in my first toe joint and much improved in the 2nd joint. Without surgery, I never thought I would experience this much positive change. I’ve had mine for about 4 weeks. I try to wear it at least an hour a day (more on the weekends). My bunion is down about a 1/3 of what it was. There is even a little space between my toes for the first time in years.
